The Ringwood Chamber of Commerce are holding their annual AGM in the Foresters Room of the Elm Tree Inn.

The Agenda for the meeting is:

President's Report with reference to all substantial matters which have been dealt with during the previous year.

Honorary Treasurer's Report and presentation of a duly audited statement of accounts showing all financial transactions of the Chamber made up to the last day of February 2010.

Honorary Secretary's Report on Committee Members' attendance at chamber meetings.

Election/Re-election of the Officers of the Chamber and the elected members of the Committee for the year.

Election of the Honorary Auditor to serve for the year.

Any Other Business

Note: each member of the Chamber shall have one vote which may be exercised by a show of hands, but before such a vote is taken, any member may require that it shall be taken by secret ballot. When a ballot is to be taken two persons shall be appointed by the meeting as scrutineers who shall count the number of votes and report the result in writing to the Chairman who shall declare the result to the meeting. In case of equality of votes the Chairman shall have a casting vote.
